Some of us probably will never understand or comprehend how anyone could be in a state where facing another day in this world is harder then taking one's own life. I actually didn't intend to do this post cause it's really too sad, but decided to do this post cause I find that Korea Entertainment scene is not all rosey and glamourous. Behind the curtain of glam and beautiful people, there lies a darker world of power, greed and social standing. I have not seen a society that puts so much emphasis on social recognition except in South Korea. For normal citizens,
if you are blessed with good looks and great family background, you will go far. For those unfortunate ones without looks, they will go under the knife to gain that bit of advantage in society. I am not here to judge if this is right or wrong, but that is the culture in Korea.
It is especially demanding for an entertainer in South Korea. You are put on a pedestal as role models for society and the hordes of adoring fans. For Park Yong Ha, he must have faced many, many issues in this life that makes it impossible to go on. He is but only one of the recent entertainers in Korea who chose to leave this world to seek peace.
Sadly, when this happens, it is their family and close friends who are left behind that feels the most pain. Firstly the shock of the sudden departure, then the guilt, wondering if there was anything you could have done to prevent this, and finally regrets for not being there and appreciating all the precious moments.
Hyung Joon from SS501 is a close friend of Park Yong Ha and refers to him as his brother and is especially heartbroken by his friend's sudden demise. He expressed all his heartfelt words during his DJ hour on Music High on Thu-1 Jul 2010. Rest in peace Park Yong Ha, you are in a better place now, free from all your troubles.

Please, let's all take a step back as fans. It's okay to love your idols but please respect and give them space to live their lifes. Give thanks that they chose to live their lifes in public and are there to entertain us. They deserve happiness and privacy so that they can escape and recharge. As a fan, you do not want to wake up one morning to hear news that your beloved idol have disappeared from this world.
So Triple S, please quit all your bashing and unwanted comments on the situation with SS501. They already promised us numerous times that they will be together forever and will be with us TripleS till we grow old. Give them all the time they need and let them deliver on their promise.
